And the winner is…to be determined! Since 1927 the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has made its pick for Best Picture of the Year at the Academy Awards (aka The Oscars). There have been nearly 100 films bestowed with that honor. Now, The Great Pop Culture Debate wants to decide the best Best Picture of all time, and we want YOUR opinions!
