Game shows have been part of the American television landscape since the 1940s, and have made an indelible mark in pop culture since. “No whammies!” “Survey says!” “I can name that tune in three notes.” “You are the weakest link!” “I’d like to buy a vowel.” We ALL understand those seemingly meaningless statements.
Literally hundreds of game shows have graced our screens in the past seven (!!) decades. Some were here and gone in an instant, others have stood the test of time. The Great Pop Culture Debate wants to determine the best American TV game show of all time, and we want YOUR opinions!
