“You wanna be on top?” From 2003 to 2018, it was the mission statement for one of the most visible reality competitions on the planet, “America’s Next Top Model.” Hosted by Tyra Banks – we’ll forget the Rita Ora season, thanks – and running for 24 seasons spread over three networks, “ANTM” was at one time a ratings smash, broadcast globally, and even had roughly 50 international spinoffs. Pretty people taking pretty photos was, honestly, secondary to what truly made “America’s Next Top Model” famous – and in more recent years, infamous. What had us coming back week after week, cycle after cycle, was the DRAMA mama, and the utterly wacky photo shoots and runway prompts through which Tyra would torture – i mean, challenge – the contestants. So the Great Pop Culture Debate wants to know: What IS the “Best America’s Next Top Model” photo shoot of all time?
