Kate Racculia
Kate once single-handedly tanked her fifth-grade trivia team's shot at the championship by ringing in when she didn't know the answer...a lot. Consequently she has spent the rest of her life learning a little about everything (well, other than sports). Kate is also the only GPCD panel member who went to junior prom with the host.
She writes books about weirdos and spinsters, including Bellweather Rhapsody and Tuesday Mooney Talks to Ghosts, and spends a lot of time emotionally manipulating her cat. She loves libraries. You can find her at kateracculia.com or @gomezrac.
Stephen King has been a massively successful author since the 1970s, and his stories — primarily horror, but also suspense, drama, and even coming-of-age tales — have been turned into dozens of motion pictures. For our Halloween 2026 Special we discuss 16 of the best.
