Michael Schwarz
Michael is a resident of New York City, a special education teacher at a public high school, and an all-around know-it-all. A self-proclaimed renaissance man, Michael can bullshit his way through almost any conversation. His true passions are Broadway musicals, drag, art, politics, and almost anything sci-fi/fantasy (as befits any good metropolitan homosexual). He is honored to argue with some of the most wonderful nerds he knows and is grateful to our host for not calling him out in the middle of an episode (yet). As the elder statesman of the panel, he is usually right. Happy listening!

Stephen Sondheim was one of the most important voices in late 20th Century musical theater. While we lost Mr. Sondheim a few years ago, the Great Pop Culture Debate wants to look back at his work and attempt to name the best Sondheim musical of all time.
