Gorgeous harmonies! Relatable lyrics! GIRL POWER! Girl groups have been a critical part of the pop-music landscape since at least the 1960s (and arguably earlier). From Motown legends to 80s New Wave bands to the Brit Pop groups of the 90s to the reality-show-created ensembles of the 2000s, girl groups have topped the charts and captured our hearts for more than 70 years. Now as part of Season 7, the Great Pop Culture Debate podcast wants to determine the best girl group of all time!
