There’s so much to choose from, and for Season 7, the Great Pop Culture Debate wants to dig in to determine the Best Film of 1999 — and we need your input!
Below find a list of just about every major film released in American theaters from January 1, 1999, through December 31, 1999. (You can also take the poll here.) We included film from any genre, and included international and indie films when we felt they had sufficient buzz.
